Terms And Conditions Product Development Boot Camp

Enrollment and Payment: Enrollment in the AI Product Development Boot Camp is open to students aged 18 and up. The cost is $3600. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration to secure a spot in the code camp.

1. Liability Waiver
The management of Intelligent Cloud LLC and the instructors of the AI Product Development Boot Camp will not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal belongings during the training sessions.
Participants agree to release and hold harmless Intelligent Cloud LLC, its employees, and instructors from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the boot camp.

2. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect towards instructors, fellow students, and staff.
• Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the boot camp without a refund.
• To ensure an optimal learning environment, the use of mobile phones during training hours is strictly prohibited, except for emergencies.

3. Dismissal Policy
Participants who exhibit behavioral issues that prevent themselves or others from fully participating in the program may be dismissed at the discretion of the staff. Dismissed participants will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Intellectual Property
• All materials provided during the boot camp, including but not limited to curriculum content, handouts, AI models, and software, remain the intellectual property of Intelligent Cloud LLC.
• Participants are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing these materials without prior written consent from Intelligent Cloud LLC.
• Any AI product developed by participants during the boot camp will be subject to individual team agreements regarding ownership, licensing, and commercialization.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the start date of the boot camp will be eligible for a full refund except credit card or paypal transaction fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the boot camp start date.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the registration process, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
